BBQ Turkey Sandwiches

This flavor bomb is perfect for weeknight cooking and has all the flavors of summer!
This recipe contains bread (italian), mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, deli turkey breast, bacon (precooked), cheese (monterey jack, shredded)

Ingredients:
- 4 slice(s) slices rustic Italian bread, lightly toasted
- 1/4 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup(s) barbecue sauce
- 8 oz. sliced deli turkey breast or leftover turkey
- 6 slices crisp-cooked bacon
- 1 cup(s) shredded Monterey Jack cheese (about 4 oz.)
Instructions:
- 1. For the Cupcakes: Preheat oven to 350ºF and line muffin tins with liners
- 2. Sift flour with baking powder and salt into a bowl
- 3. In another bowl cream butter and sugar
- 4. Beat in egg yolks
- 5. Add vanilla
- 6. Add the yogurt (in 2 parts) and flour (in 3 parts) to the butter/sugar mixture making sure you begin and end with flour
- 7. In another bowl beat the egg whites until stiff
- 8. Gently fold into batter
- 9. Fill liners 2/3 full
- 10. Bake for 20 minutes
- 11. Cool on rack
- 12. With cooled cupcakes: Scoop out the middle of the cupcake and keep the piece to reuse
- 13. Spoon in some of the spread into each of the cupcakes
- 14. Top the chocolate spread with the piece of cupcake
- 15. For the Frosting: Cream the butter and icing sugar (adding some salt to cut the sweetness), thinning with milk or cream to reach desired consistency
- 16. Place a dollop of the Reese spread in the middle (top) of each cupcake
- 17. Pipe frosting around chocolate
- 18. ENJOY!!
