Buckwheat Pancakes

A healthier version of one of your favorite breakfast items.
This recipe contains milk (buttermilk), eggs, butter, flour (all-purpose), flour (buckwheat), flax seeds, sugar, salt, baking soda

Ingredients:
- 1 cup(s) buttermilk
- 1 organic brown egg
- 3 tbsp. butter, melted
- 5 tbsp. all purpose flour
- 5 tbsp. buckwheat flour
- 2 tbsp. ground flax seed
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Instructions:
- 1. Whisk together milk, egg and butter. Separately mix the dry ingredients together.
- 2. Add to the milk and egg mixture until just combined. Fold in some of your favorite fruit at this point.
- 3. Cook in a teflon pan lightly rubbed with butter. Serve with fresh fruit and or syrup.
