Berry Ice Cream Popsicles

Just three ingredients & super easy to pull together. The hardest part is waiting for them to freeze! Substitute frozen yogurt for a healthy twist!

Ingredients:
- 2 cup(s) vanilla ice cream {your favorite}, or substitute frozen yogurt for a healthy twist!
- 6 oz. fresh raspberries, divided
- 6 oz. oz, fresh blueberries, divided
Instructions:
- 1. Add the ice cream & 3 oz raspberries & 3 oz blueberries to a food processor {or blender}.
- 2. Pulse about 20 times until the fruit is broken up & the mixture is smooth.
- 3. Scoop 1 TBSP of the ice cream mixture into each of your popsicle molds.
- 4. Drop a couple of blueberries in each mold.
- 5. Add another tablespoon of the ice cream mixture to each mold.
- 6. Now add a couple of raspberries.
- 7. Then add another tablespoon of the ice cream mixture to each mold & repeat with the blueberries & then again with the raspberries {if you have room}.
- 8. Freeze the pops until solid {at least 4 hours}.
- 9. To release the popsicles just run the molds under really warm water for 10-15 seconds. Jiggle & pull out!
- 10. EAT QUICKLY! Ice cream doesn't stay frozen forever! ;)
- 11. *NOTE: Feel free to mix blueberries & raspberries in a layer or to start your layers with raspberries instead of blueberries. It really doesn’t matter. It will taste just as good.
