B & B Sunrise: A Banana, Blueberry and Chia Seed Breakfast Cereal
A great make ahead breakfast that's a powerhouse of nutrition packed in a bowl. Perfect for those "on the go" mornings when you have to take breakfast on the run!! Nutritious, delicious, quick and easy. Breakfast doesn't have to be complicated.
This recipe contains bananas, milk, greek yogurt, oats, chia seeds, agave nectar, blueberries, jam (fig), hemp seeds
Prep time: 10 min
- 1 banana (mashed)
- 1 1/4 cup(s) milk (your choice diary or non dairy)
- 1/2 cup(s) greek yogurt (flavoured or plain)
- 1 cup(s) rolled oats
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- Heaping tbsp. Agave nectar
- 2/3 cup(s) fresh blueberries
- Fig jam (for topping)
- Hemp Hearts (for topping)
- 1. Mix all the ingredients (except for the toppings) in a bowl.
- 2. Cover and place in fridge overnight.
- 3. Scoop into bowls and top with jam and hemp hearts.
- 4. Enjoy....or take it on the go!!
