Mozzarella and Basil Pizza

No fancy around. But, sometimes, all we need is a simple recipe! A simple and tasty pizza!
This recipe contains , flour (all-purpose), water, yeast, butter, olive oil, salt, , tomato sauce, cheese (mozzarella, shredded), cheese (parmesan), basil, olive oil, oregano

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of all-purpose flour {plus for flouring the surface}
- 1/2 cup of lukewarm water
- 1 teaspoon of active dry yeast
- 1/2 tablespoon of butter {at room temperature plus for greasing}
- 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt to taste
- {{For the topping}}
- 1 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese {I used a Brazilian cheese called Minas}
- Basil and oregano
- Olive oil
- oregano
Instructions:
- 1. In a medium bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour to dry active yeast, then drop the olive oil, butter, salt and lukewarm water.
- 2. Using a wooden spoon, work the mixture together until all is combined. Knead the dough for five minutes.
- 3. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let the dough rest for an hour.
- 4. After resting, pre-heat oven to 390 F for 10 minutes.
- 5. Meanwhile, grease a baking pan {8″ x 13″}.
- 6. Spread the dough over it. Then, pour tomato sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- 7. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- 8. Then drop the basil, oregano and olive oil.
