Persimmons Pumpkin Orange Smoothie With Chia Seeds

This recipe contains persimmon pulp, oranges, pumpkin (canned), milk (coconut, unsweetened), chia seeds, almonds (raw), honey

- 2 Persimmons (whole)
- 1 orange (whole)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds*
- 2 tbsp. raw almonds
- 1 tbsp. honey (optional)
- 1. 1. Remove the seed from the Persimmons. (Do not remove the skin).
- 2. 2. Peel the skin of the Orange.
- 3. 3. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
- 4. 4. Blend it for 2 minutes or until smooth
- 5. 5. Pour the smoothie in the glass and garnish with some more almonds.
- 6. 6. Serve Immediately.
