Spiced Pumpkin Ginger Bread

Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 Cups cane sugar
- 1/2 Cup grapeseed oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 Cup water
- 1 Cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground clove
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
Instructions:
- 1. -Preheat oven to 350F.
- 2. -Prepare a 9x13 inch loaf pan by spraying it with cooking spray.
- 3. -In the bowl of an electric mixer, fitted with the whisk attachment, combine all the ingredients and mix on medium speed until well combined.
- 4. -Pour the batter into the loaf pan.
- 5. -Bake for about 1 hour or until a toothpick, inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
- 6. -Transfer to a wire rack to cool before slicing.
