- 1 cup of soy milk (or dairy milk)
- 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder (1/16 cup)
- 1 cup of canned pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 6 cubes of ice
