Raspberry Jam Cake

A cake made with raspberry jam!
This recipe contains eggs, sugar, butter, flour (all-purpose), baking powder, jam (raspberry)

Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 and 1/2 cups of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 3 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 11 oz. of raspberry jam (or any other kind of jam)
Instructions:
- 1. Prepare a pan in which our cake will be baked. Choose one with 15 cm x 30 cm.
- 2. Grease it with butter and powder also with a little bit of all-purpose flour {one tablespoon is enough}. Or, as I did, line it with parchment paper.
- 3. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- 4. Put the eggs, the sugar and the butter into the blender bowl and beat until all is turned into a cream.
- 5. Then, drop that mixture in a large bowl, in which it will be mixtured {gently} to the all-purpose flour and to the jam. So, you can add up the baking powder and, again, stir gently.
- 6. Take the mixture and drop it on the pan and bake it for 25 to 30 minutes. Or until you could stick a fork and that came clean.
