Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Sage

Roasted sweet potatoes with garlic and sage. A healthy side for your Thanksgiving meal.

Ingredients:
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
- 1/3 cup sage, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400
- 2. In a large bowl, toss thinly sliced sweet potatoes in olive oil, sage and garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 3. Transfer sweet potatoes to a large roasting pan.
- 4. Bake in preheated oven on middle rack for 30-35 minutes until sweet potatoes are tender.
- 5. Serve warm.
