Watermelon Sorbet

Before I head on a trip, I am ever so diligent to use up my food in the refrigerator or give away anything that might spoil when I was gone to Scandinavia (which I mentioned here , here and here) Unfortunately, when I get home that means I am coming back to a barren food stock in my kitchen. So last night I wanted to make something sweet but did not require too many ingredients, and voila! -- the Watermelon Sorbet. But what it lacks in the number of ingredients it makes up for in by requiring copious amounts of patience.
