- 1 lb. fresh green beans, washed and trimmed
- 1/4 whole red onion, sliced thin
- 1/4 whole cucumber (English), cut into thin sticks resembling shape and size of green beans
- 1/2 pt. grape tomatoes, halved
- TO DRESS SALAD
- 1 whole lemon, juiced (1/2 will be use for juice)
- 1 - 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, generous drizzle
- pepper to taste
- salt to taste
