Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 - 2 lb. lbs shrimp, uncooked, shelled and deveined, tail-on is okay
- 8 cup(s) romaine or green leaf lettuce, chopped
- 1 whole avocado, pitted and thinly sliced
- 1 whole large mango, diced
- 1/2 cup(s) mandarin oranges
- 1 whole red bell pepper, diced
- 1/3 cup(s) edamame, shelled
- 1/4 cup(s) cilantro, roughly chopped
- 1/2 - 1 tbsp. sesame seeds, optional for garnish
