- 3/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and cut into bite sized pieces
- 1/2 cup(s) celery, finely diced
- 1/3 cup(s) pickles, finely diced
- 1/4 cup(s) mayonnaise, reduced calorie
- 2 tbsp. sour cream, reduced fat
- 2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp. dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl; mix until blended.
