Moroccan Fish with Mango and Couscous

A simple, but unique fish recipe. Enjoy!
This recipe contains couscous (wheat), fish (white fish), salt, black pepper, cumin (ground), chili powder, coriander (ground), butter, mango, cilantro (fresh), limes, salt

Ingredients:
- 1 cup(s) dried whole-wheat pearl couscous (if you can’t find “pearl” just regular whole-grain couscous will work)
- 1 lb. fresh wild-caught white fish
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 1/2 tbsp. butter
- 1 ripe (soft) mango, peeled and diced (FYI - we use a mango corer at our house)
- 1/2 cup(s) fresh cilantro, chopped + extra for garnish
- 2 tsp. fresh-squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
