Caribbean Chicken Tacos

A 30 minute meal with a homemade Caribbean salsa and seasoning. These will become a staple!
**TIP: Feel free to use store bought Caribbean seasoning. This homemade version will keep in an air-tight container for up to 6 months**
This recipe contains , paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, italian seasoning, sugar (brown), crushed red pepper, , bell peppers (red), onions (red), mango (fresh), pineapple, cilantro (fresh), limes, salt, garlic powder, , chicken breasts (boneless skinless), caribbean seasoning, cabbage (coleslaw mix), tortillas (flour)

Ingredients:
- for the Caribbean seasoning: mix all ingredients together
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- for the Caribbean salsa
- 1/2 whole red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 whole red onion, diced
- 1 whole mango, diced
- 1 cup(s) fresh pineapple, diced
- 1/4 cup(s) cilantro, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice (about 1/2 of a juicy lime)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- for the tacos
- 3 - 4 chicken breasts; boneless, skinless, pounded into 1/2 inch thickness
- 1 1/2 tbsp. caribbean seasoning (homemade or store bought)
- 2 cup(s) coleslaw mix (without dressing)
- 8 taco sized soft flour tortillas
