Ingredients:
- 1 lb. chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 - 20 oz. can pineapple chunks, in pineapple juice
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce, low sodium
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tsp. fresh garlic, minced
- 14 oz. bag frozen broccoli florets
- 1 whole bell pepper, cut into strips, your choice of color
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- scallions (garnish optional)
- sesame seeds (garnish optional)
