Roasted Asparagus with Balsamic Maple Dressing
Roast the asparagus in the oven or on the grill. Drizzle with the dressing before serving.

- 1 1/2 lb. asparagus , trimmed
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 - 3 ds. salt
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 tsp. honey dijon mustard
- 1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Arrange asparagus in a single layer on baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon oil and season lightly with salt. Bake 10 minutes until tender-crisp. Combine remaining tablespoon oil, vinegar, Mustard, maple syrup and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Drizzle asparagus with dressing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
