Grilled Lemon Pepper Shrimp & Vegetable Kabobs
Get lots of flavor with little fat with these shrimp and vegetable kabobs that’s seasoned with Perfect Pinch® Lemon & Pepper Seasoning.

- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. white wine
- 2 tsp. perfect pinch lemon and pepper seasoning
- 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup(s) small mushrooms
- 1 whole medium onion, cut into thin wedges
- 1 whole small yellow squash, sliced
- 1 whole small zucchini, sliced
- 1. Mix oil, wine and seasoning in small bowl. Alternately thread shrimp and vegetables onto skewers. Brush with seasoning mixture.
- 2. Grill over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are tender-crisp, turning frequently.
