This is a much healthier version of the twice fried General Tso's chicken from your favorite take out place. The slow cooker does all the work and you can serve the shredded pork tenderloin in a taco as shown, or over rice, or with a big salad. Note: prepare the marinade the night before and leave it in the fridge, then in the morning place the tenderloin in the slow cooker, pour over the marinade and set it on the low setting.
