Tater Tot Casserole

This is a great winter recipe for a hearty, filling, and fun meal for the family.
This recipe contains tater tots, mixed vegetables (canned), soup (cream of mushroom), beef (ground), onions, cheese (blend, cheddar, shredded), black pepper, salt, xxxxx, pairing (beer, corona), xxxxx, pairing (beer, modelo especial)

Ingredients:
- 2 pkg(s) 32oz. bags of Tater tots
- 2 can(s) 15oz. mixed vegetables
- 2 can(s) 10oz. cream of mushroom soup
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 half of whole onion
- 1 shredded Shredded Cheese - Triple Cheddar
- 1 ds. pepper to taste
- 1 ds. salt to taste

- 1 pkg(s) Corona

- 1 pkg(s) Modelo
Instructions:
- 1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
- 2. Brown ground beef with 1/2 onion diced, add salt and pepper to taste
- 3. While beef is cooking- Open the cans, and drain the juice from the vegetables
- 4. Combine 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup in with the 2 cans of mixed vegetables
- 5. Drain the fat from the ground beef, and combine with the soup and mixed vegetables
- 6. Use a 9x12 greased baking dish and spread the mixture in the pan
- 7. Sprinkle the cheese over the top
- 8. Top with tater tots
- 9. Bake for 45 minutes or until tater tots are brown and crispy-- Enjoy!
