Strawberry Shortcake Overnight Oats
Oats sweetened with strawberries and honey
This recipe contains oats, milk (almond, unsweetened), strawberries, greek yogurt (non-fat), honey, vanilla extract
Prep time: 1 hr +
- 1/2 cup(s) old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup(s) unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup(s) strawberries, chopped
- 3 tbsp. nonfat plain greek yogurt
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1. Place all ingredients in a container and stir until well combined. Seal with a lid and place in the fridge overnight.
- 2. In the morning, give it a stir and add a splash of milk, if desired. Top with additional strawberries and serve.
