Mac & Cheese
Your favorite macaroni and cheese.
This recipe contains pasta (elbow, gluten free), butter, flour, salt, pepper, milk, cheese (cheddar, sharp, shredded), cheese (gruyere, shredded)

- 16 oz. elbow macaroni
- 1/4 cup(s) butter
- 1/4 cup(s) flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 ds. black pepper
- 2 cup(s) milk
- 4 oz. shredded cheddar
- 4 oz. shredded gruyere
- 1. Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions.
- 2. In medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat then stir in flour and cook for 3-5 minutes to form a roux.
- 3. Add salt and pepper and slowly add milk, stirring well after each addition. Cook and stir until bubbly.
- 4. Stir in cheese a small amount at a time until fully melted. Drain macaroni, add to cheese sauce, and stir to coat. Enjoy!
