Asian Noodle Salad

An easy, light salad that is perfect for summer festivities.
This recipe contains , pasta (angel hair), carrots (shredded), peppers (mini, sweet), bean sprouts, cucumbers (english), scallions, cilantro (fresh), cabbage (napa), cabbage (red), kale, peanuts, , olive oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, sugar (brown), ginger (fresh), oil (sesame), garlic (fresh)

Ingredients:
- for the salad
- 8 oz. thin spaghetti
- 8 oz. bag julienne/fine-cut carrots (1 1/2 cups)
- 6 oz. mini sweet peppers, seeded and slices thinly into rings (about 1 cup)
- 4 oz. bean sprouts (about 1 cup)
- 3 whole english cucumbers, halved, seeds removed and sliced
- 3 whole scallions
- 1 whole bunch of cilantro, more or less to liking
- 1/2 whole head or more of napa cabbage, sliced
- 1/2 whole head or more of purple cabbage, sliced
- 1/2 whole bunch kale leaves, torn off stalks and shredded
- 2 cup(s) peanuts, chopped
- for the dressing
- 1/2 cup(s) olive oil
- 1/2 cup(s) soy sauce
- 1/4 cup(s) oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup(s) rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup(s) brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. fresh ginger, chopped
- 2 tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 - 3 clove(s) garlic, chopped
