Roasted Cauliflower Hummus

Hummus made from cauliflower.
This recipe contains cauliflower, tahini, lemons, olive oil (extra virgin), parsley (fresh), garlic (fresh), salt, cumin, crackers (wheat thins)

Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cup(s) cauliflower florets, roasted
- 1/4 cup(s) tahini
- 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 1 clove(s) garlic clove, small
- 3/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 - 2 pkg(s) 8oz. wheat thins, big snacks
Instructions:
- 1. Roast cauliflower.
- 2. Process all ingredients except WHEAT THINS in food processor until smooth; spoon into bowl.
- 3. Refrigerate 30 min. Serve with Wheat Thins.
