Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

A healthy alternative to a buffalo wing. Serve with celery and your choice of dressing.

Ingredients:
- 1 whole head cauliflower
- 1/2 cup(s) flour
- 1/2 cup(s) water
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2/3 cup(s) hot sauce
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
Instructions:
- 1. Cut celery stalks in half and set aside. Using a food processor or hand held mixer, whip the cream cheese until smooth. Add in Smithfield bacon, cheese, parsley, chives, salt, pepper and hot sauce. Pulse or blend until all ingredients are combined.
- 2. Using a small spoon, fill the celery 'boat' with cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with additional chives and bacon if desired. Serve immediately!
