Brown Sugar Pecan Pancake Muffins

Ingredients:
- 2 cup(s) buttermilk pancake mix
- 2 cup(s) milk
- 1/4 cup(s) brown sugar
- 1/2 cup(s) chopped pecans
- 1 - 3 ds. maple Syrup
Instructions:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350
- 2. Mix together Tenda-Bake Buttermilk Pancake Mix with sugar and pecans
- 3. Spray muffin pan with nonstick spray or use muffin liners
- 4. Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
- 5. Serve with maple syrup and pecans or powdered sugar
