- 2 cup(s) kale, stems removed
- 2 cup(s) water
- 2 cup(s) chopped pineapple (frozen)
- 1 whole banana (frozen)
- 1 whole juice of 1/2 lime
- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1. Blend the kale and the water in a blender until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again.
